The allotted number of revisions is based on your selected package, and you can request as many revisions as stated in your package details. You will have your revised Website Design in 48 hours. Website design revisions will be delivered in 24 hours, and web development revisions will be delivered between 24 and 48 hours, depending on the revision complexity. Illustrative logos (logos with illustration elements or illustrated designs) will have a revision turnaround time of 48 hours.
New Order Turnaround Time
Turnaround time is when your design concepts are furnished to your account area against your package purchase. For all logo new orders, the turnaround time is from 24 hours to a maximum of 48 hours. For packages with four or more logo concepts, the turnaround time is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. The minimum turnaround time for new website designs (home/index, including revamp designs) is 48 hours after order confirmation and complete brief submission. The turnaround time for website development (static website with 5 to 7 web pages) is three to five business days. Orders placed on Friday or Saturday will have their delivery time start from Monday. If you choose an illustrative logo (logos with illustration elements or illustrated designs), the first concept will be provided within 48 to 72 hours of order confirmation.
Refund Policy
SEO Experts in Texas’s refund policy will be void if:
- You have chosen an All-in-One package.
- The primary design concept has been approved.
- You have demanded revisions.
- The cancellation has been made due to reasons unrelated to the company.
- The company has not been contacted for more than 2 weeks regarding the project.
- The company’s policies have been violated.
- Another company or designer has been approached for the same project.
- The creative brief needs to include the required information.
- A complete design change has been demanded.
- The claim has crossed the given ‘request for refund’ period.
- The business is closing or changing its name or business.
- Reasons such as ‘change of mind’, ‘disagreement with a partner’, or other reasons not about the service will not be subject to refund under any circumstances.
- If a client subscribes to a service bundle and is dissatisfied with a particular service, the refund will only apply to that service and not the entire bundle.
- No refund can be claimed/processed after the final files have been delivered to you following your request.
- Refunds and revisions explicitly do not apply to items offered for free.
- The client will not be entitled to any refund for logos after 30 days and for websites after 90 days from the date of purchase.
- Services, including but not limited to Social Media, SEO, Domain Registration, and Web Hosting, are not entitled to a refund under any circumstances.
- In the case of websites, refunds will not be entertained once the client has approved the design and the website is sent for development.
Note: SEO Experts in Texas hold all rights to reject any project or cancel the contract whenever necessary. After the refund, you will not have any rights to use the designs for any purpose; they will be the sole property of SEO Experts in Texas. The company will be the rightful owner of the designs.
